New Recording Feature Update

Customers, Partners, and Developers,

Cisco Unified Communications Manager release 10 adds support for gateway-based recording. The feature enables Administrators to record Cisco Jabber and Cisco Mobility calls as well as calls extended off-network to mobile phones and home office devices. Please refer to the updated Supported Devices wiki to see the updated list of phones and soft clients that support UCM Gateway Recording. Be sure to check out our Recording Gateway Requirements wiki for a list of gateways that support this feature.
